NE or long-term visa?
Hi, friends,
Since the NE expires, if the person is abroad for more than 6 months (not paying taxes), what will happen with the normal visa - Aufenhaltserlaubnis?
Let say, the normal visa ends in 3 years, but the person goes home for an year or two - should it be he possible for hime to come back?

same thing as NE, with one difference: if you have NE and live in Germany at least 15 years, you can remain abroad as long as you like
