Job / Family reunion VISA! need help

Hello,
My wife has a job offer from a company located in Germany, but she is not interested to continue with this job. Alternatively, She can apply for Family reunion visa, which takes longer time to get the visa.

In order to speed up the visa process, I prefer to apply for a Job visa and then come to Germany with that visa. After coming to Germany, she will apply for the Family reunion Visa.

Q. Can any one explain the complexity that We have to face to change the job visa into Family Reunion Visa? Or Is there any possibility that Auslanderbehörde will refuse to issue the Family reunion visa and they may cancel the job visa also?
