Fix regarding Visa Status !!!!!!!!!

Hello all,

I am Sarath, I am on Work suche visa which is going to expire next month. I have three questions regarding changing my visa status:

1)Is it possible for me extend the job suche visa for another couple of months taking the recession into consideration.

2) Is it possible to for me to get back to a Student visa if I can get an admission for a masters course (I have already done my Masters Course in Germany, the new one will be into a different stream)

3)Is it possible for me to apply for a work permit with the student visa status, if I get a job contract(assuming that I have changed my Job suche visa to a student visa).
