7 yrs or 8 yrs? is my beamter right ?
Hi all,
i want to apply for Einbuergerung after 7 years, but my beamter puzzled me with following equations:
a- B1+Orientierung+8years+einbuergerungtest=Citizenship
b- B1+Orientierung+integrationCourse+7years+einbuergerungtest=Citizenship
- Why do i need integration course if i have B1 and Orientierung certificates. Actually both these are equal to integration course. I want to apply after seven years. if i dont attend integration course , then she asked me to come after eight years. Why ? why she wants me to burn my 300-600 hrs in attneding course or come after 8 yrs!!!

of course the beamter is right. Read the rule book. 7 yrs is possible only with Integration course. Did u read the message mentioned below. Your problem can be solved in 1 week.

thanks for the reply.
-Then it means that i dont need to attend integration course (300-600 hrs) if i have B1+orientierung. I just need to get integration certificate by sending both of these to BAMF.
However, my beamter insisting to attned min 300 hours really. Which seems not correct if i have already passed B1+orientierung.

imagine the beamtes like this:

else

exit(EXIT_FAILURE);
}
So please send your B1 + Orientierungskurs to BAMF, get the Integrationskurs Certificate and amaze your beamte
