Hi All,
is there any webhosting company in Germany where i can use english language by uploading files and etc?
my programmer sitting in usa and he want to upload but he dont know german language.

The files can be uploaded via ftp but the prject which he made is in mysql and php based and he may be need to login into setting area and there he may want to edit some settings. I ask if 1und1 have english admin area to work for setting, but they say no.

Does it require cpanel or a mysql DB and webserver to run php ?
I am using one such hosting contract for 24months which is a failover cluster.
