Any chances for Medical Doctor

Hello
I would like to know whether the medical degree (MBBS with pratical experience) from the sub-continent (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan) is counted germany for higher study or any practice.
If anyone has any experience or useful links regarding this, please write to the forum.
