NE-EG: Living in Germany / Working in Czech Republic

Dear Sirs,

I need your advice. I have got two offers:

1. from German firm
2. from Czech firm

Both: full time (non-freelance), 70% home office, similar wage, I will stay in Germany.

What is better from point of view of taxes?
What difference is in terms of health insurance in case of Czech variant?
