My wife is pregnant she is working . Company has some financial crisis , lot of people are got fired and company might close down in 4 to 5 months .Baby is expected in august 2009.

1,What happens if company closes down before august . if then still could my wife get (mutterschutz) and other benifits.

It looks like you made the plan foreseeing Company's financial situation and want to take the advantage of the System.
You have mentioned baby is expected in Aug 2009 which is 9months from now,never heard about more than 9months pregnancy
If the company closes then your wife no benefit.
