How long I have to wait?

Since two months I've moved to this new city. My application for german citizen had been nearly approved before this removal for the fee has been wired. However because of this relocation, the process is somehow delayed. Three weeks agao I called the officer in ABH about my case. She told me, all the materials had been alrealy available, but she needed time to read thru them, and would inform me about their dicision. Due to some business I have to travel abroad in one month, and am urgently waiting for their judgement. How long I have to wait after removal? Any insights? If I call her again, I'm afraid that she might be driven angry. Sometimes I'm really not confident of those officers.
