Custom Import Duties

Hi Everybody,
I am planning to buy a new Sony Vaio notebook from UK with English OS for home use. I will buy it online thru some dealers. Do I have it to pay the import duty?
Any experiences? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
As for as I know you don't need to pay import duty if you buy from EU. You will definitly pay tax if you buy from US.
