Who knows if I can get my tax back?

I am a GC holder now. I have worked for a germany company for more than one and half years. But I have resigned my job in Germany. I will work for a German company's daughter company in my homeland. According to my new contract I will be sent back to work in germany again after two month training. That means that I will delegated back to Grmany with a working contract in my homeland.

In this case can I ask the "Renteversicherung" which I have paid in the last one and half years back? How?
