the other day, i recieved a mail from one of the attorneys of the company, stating that I am obliged to the damages as I have signed the rechtsverbindlichen Vertrag and terminating the contract because of some reason. and they ask me to pay back initially all the travel costs that are re-imbursed, should be transferred to them back and for any further damages they hold the right. But I have contacted with the CEO of the company again whom with I have signed the contract, and he said he is happy with the return of the travel costs and there won't be any fines given to me. So far, i have just transferred them back and did not hear any thing. i hope the issue got solved.
I think they might have a replacement for my given position so they might not have incurred any damages from the client so do they do not ask for any thing from me. if the issue start burning then i will re-initiate the topic and will seek for help. thanks all.

Not yet. but i am planning in the first week of september to register as freelancer. hoping for things moving smoother. by the way, are you freelancer ?
