German citizenship and buying property

Hi All,

I am from Jammu and Kashmir in India and living in Germany for the past 12 years. I want to apply for a German passport and later OCI card but I have few doubts which perhaps can be clarified by your valuable inputs.

Right now, being the J&K State subject holder, I can buy property in J&K state and I have recently bought some property there. Now if I have the Germany citizenship, will I loose the J&K state subject? If yes, what will happen to the exisiting owned property? Being OCI card holder can I hold/buy property in J&K state?
