I came to know that 50% of the Integration Course fees will be refunded if you have passed the course(and test) within 2 years.
"Wer innerhalb von 2 Jahren (nach dem Beginn der Verpflichtung) die Prüfung besteht, kann die Hälfte von der Kursgebühr zurückbekommen."
It seems you have to get in touch with the Institute where you did your Integration course (for eg: VHS) to get the relevant form and apply to the concerned Ministry: BAMF.

You just need to send the form plus copy of integration course certificate. It takes around 6 to 8 weeks to get the money back.
