funny story with steuererklärung!

based of wrong tip, I made a steuerveranlagung and was hoping to get some money back. I got the reply from Tax Office that the item that I claimed to get some tax back aren't valid and that I have to pay additional money for the tax.

Does any of you have this kind of experience?
is that possible to cancel the veranlagung?
what should I do?

any tips is welcome.
