After long discussion with Ausländerbehörde today they allowed me as Beschäftigung ungeschränkt erlaubt.

Which city and which Ausländerbehörde ?
By the way is there any one who had similar experience with Wiesbaden Ausländerbehörde ? (NE,BE,EG etc.)

I am in BW. But I heard in Hessen it's easier than BW. Try to talk directly with Chief of Ausländerbehörde if you have any problem.

Let's see, i will make a BE application in 2 months to Wiesbaden. Wish me luck.
What kind of documents to give ? Any suggestions ?

Just show a proof of 36 months amount of pernsion paid or more than 4 years living in Germany with AE.

formal letter for ABH for getting BE (DvD, NoBody, Fredy)
You can download an application there. I think it will be helpful. In my case I didn't need extra application.
