TeldaFax Forderungsannmeldung im Insolvenzverfahren

Hi,
I am one of pissed Teldafax customer. I have got email and letter from
RA dr. Biner Bäher als Insolvenzverwalter Postfach 40248 Düsseldorf
to sign a letter for recovery of arround 700 euro. I don't know should do it not. I am afraid i may not get this money back but can get bill for taking my case from this Insolvenz firm. What i have read on internet that in case on Insolvence of company, customer is last one to get Penny back. First are Company Employees, next Other companies and in last Customer.
So in my view my money is lost. Don't know should I sign this letter and send it back or just Ignore it.
