Hi all,
I have a question to you all.Its regarding spouse VISA.
My Main Apartment(Haupt Wohnung) is in City A and currently i live in other city B.
When i apply for spouse visa , Should i show apartment contract in City A or City B.

Show the appartment that has atleast 28 sq m area.
Your appartment contract should mention the size of the appartment. If it doesnt have, ask your landlord to give a written statement about the size of the appartment.

you have to provide with your Hauptwohnung house contract. You are supposed to live in your main residence most of the days in a week. Your personal files are in the rathaus where your first wohnung is. So all the decision about visa processing will come from that rathaus.
