Rechtzschutz for Auto ?
Hello everybody,
A question to all the Auto Owners. Is a Rechtzschutz versicherung for a car necessary. Any experience under what we can use it ?
Or is it one of the good to have but never used category ?

I think it is very important.
If you have an accident and if it is not very clear who is guilty and the other side goes to the court, then you must also get a lawyer. It gets then expensive.
OR
There are some accidents, in which the car driver always guilty is, even if he is not!!! For example, if a children runs on the street between two parking cars, you don't have any chance to see it before, but you are always guilty, because children cannot be guilty. 
Then the parents can demand "Schmerzensgeld", 100.000 EUR for example, and you have to get a lawyer again.
So, it is very important to have rechtsschutz especially for auto.

this is quite new that one needs a auto rechtsschutz in addition to normal auto versicherung. Because normal Auto versicherung also covers person schäden or ?!
so if one is guilty or not the hauptschutz einer autoVersicherung should cover also personenschäden. Thats just my idea, nothing from experience.

Auto insurance takes care of only the damages to other people cars but does not take care of lawyer Payments if inspite of other persons mistake he is not ready to pay you..
