Question to Trust7 and others

I want to know one thing.I got the zweischen zueiginis from my company and i will be leaving on the end of july.
I have heard that as per law they cant change my final endezeugnis ,and they have to give it exactly the same as zweischen zeugnis .Is this true ?

I asked this question if i become ill and get krankgeschrieben in these last days then they can make my final zeugnis bad or write something bad
??
