you have to cancel all your contracts here, including insurances. medical insurance you can cancel immediately due to a fact that you are going back to India (cancellation to a date of your departure from Germany), am not sure about other insurances - you need to read insurance contracts. however even if you can not cancel other insurances due to your departure, stop paying them in four-five months before your departure, then they will cancel contracts themselves

tax: if you depart till June (that is was in Germany less than 6 months), it will be completely returned to you; an application you can file however only with a start of next year.
