Issue birth certificate from India
Hello ,
How can we issue a birth certificate from India for a adult residing here . Are there any agencies which can help for NRI's and have been used my members here at trust7 .Can anyone please provide link ?
The german authorities are not accepting the certificate issued by indian consulate stating the DOB and Place of birth as verified against the passport.
Any help or suggestion is very much appreciated.

In India, as per my source , govt will not issue DOB certificate for a person older than 16.
If your birth is recorded in a local municipality, one has to go through the application procedure there.
If not recorded, then have to file a case at revenue dept and goto judge to order revenue authorities to issue a new one, its a lot bureaucratic.

there is a hospital paper stating the birth and the adult is above 30 .. will this be easy to get the birth certificate from the municipal office ?
any ideas ..?

It should be possible with few bucks 
as you got a proof from hospital.
