Indian (families) in Mannheim

Hello all,

Is there any Indian member in this forum who is living in Mannheim?

I plan to shift to Mannheim by the end of this year. It will be good if someone can share useful information about the city like:
- where should one look for a Wohnung/flat in Mannheim. We are looking for a flat in an area that offers good connectivity with Hbf. What should be the budget for a 3 ZKB flat?
- does someone know about good Kinderkrippe/Kindergarten in Mannheim? Has someone experience in sending his/her kid to a Krippe?
- how is job scenario in Mannheim or nearby cities for a SAP developer?
- what about ABH in Mannheim. I have lived in different cities in Germany and found big differences in ABH.
