I need an advice - USA

Hi all !

I got a contract in the USA and I have already the H1B visa in my passport. The problem is that my contract is very bad.
I don't know what to do, on one hand I want to leave Germany because I see no future here, on the other hand, here I have a very good job. Of course, I want to leave Germany and I will do it , but I would wait one more year because the economical situation is improving.
What do you suggest, should I leave now or should I wait one more year ?
Do you see any future for us in Germany ?
