Germany + US Income & Taxation

Hi,

I left Germany by Sept 2007. I filled my tax returns in the US without including the income from Germany (As my US consultant told so). I am trying to file a tax return in Germany for the year 2007 but my german tax consultant says that I need to declare the US income. I am wondering if I need to declare my US income.

Is there any double taxation law.

Best would be to do German tax declaration by yourself.

There is a double taxation agreement with the USA.
