I need some help regarding the GCs spouse visa and arbeitserlaubnis.

1.what kind of Aufenthaltstitle she/he will have
Aufenthaltserlaubnis/Auf.bewilligung/...

2.which law applies ? in my case its written "nach §18 AufenthG"
