Doctor consulting charges
Hello All,
I have 2 questions.
1)What would a Orthopedic doctor charge for a visit for a person on visit visa?
2)What would a general medical checkup(Blood test/BP/ESR check etc) cost?

I dont know the exact cost.
As far as i think, the best way is to get a Krankenversiherung for the person. After that u dont have to worry about the cost.
As my parents were here the last time, they had to go to doctor often. As they were insured, we didnt havt to pay a penny except the monthly fee from 35 Euro for the insurance.
The name of nsurance company, who insured my parents is called Würzburger Krankenversiherung AVG. Just google it and u must find more info.

did't you pay also the einmal gebhur per krank-anmeldung ?
I heard one has to pay 50 Euro per krankenheit to the doctor as well.
