Hi All,

Maybe this is a situation you all are familiar.We ordered for a furniture from a shop and it was promised to be delivered by 6 - 8 weeks.That time has passed and even after that a new time was published online on their website.This time too has passed and we havent got our stuff.

Can we claim some money back?? can we get some compensation from the moebel shop under any consumer act from german law ..?
