NE form requirements
Hi All,
I have been reading the articles in the forum off and on.
I have a question , I was at the Aüslanderamt today and they gave me two forms to fill up for NE "Antrag auf Ausübung einer Beschaftigung angaben zum antragsteller" and "Antrag auf erteilung eines aufenhaltstitels".
Are these correct or do I need something else to?

No, there's a special "Antrag auf Niederlassungserlaubniss", I have it at home but not here, in PDF format.
I sent it to a couple of people already so if they still have it in hand, they can send it to you. If not, send me a mail a daolwin at hotmail dot com and I will try to get it and send it to you tonite.

The "Antrag auf ... Niederlassungserlaubnis" is BLUE. The "Antrag auf ... Aufenthaltstitels" is ORANGE. You can get these forms also in your Gemeinde, where you have registered your address. And anyway "gemeinde" has to confirm on the form that they are ok with you staying there.
Be aware: copying and storage of these documents in electronic form is forbidden (atleast it was written on the forms I've got).

dude if you are applying for NE then you should be knowing what you are filling the form for ...and there you have to show u have some basic knowledge .

what is with this colour coding of the forms??
the form that i have received "Antrag auf Erteilung eines Aufenthaltstitels" is plain white (another colour if you may) ... i guess this is typically German ... non-uniform processes !!
