Workpermit Transfer

Hi All,
I am working in a Germany company for the past 1.5 years with a valid work and residence permit, deputed from an Indian company. Now, the Germany company has given me a contract of unlimited employment.
Can any of you answer my below quires,
1, Will there be any issue in transferring the workpermit before 2 Years?
2, I have a bond with the Indian company. Can this company create any legal issues?
3, Can anyone pl. guide me on the best practices when changing company, so that the process will be smooth.
