Can any experts please advice on the below topic.
I am living in Germany for the past 3 Yrs. I decided to quit my job and now I have an offer. I am expecting 1 more offer in another 2 weeks. I do not want to loose the first offer since the second is not confirmed yet. Can I sign the first offer and if I get the second, can I cancel the first. There exists a clause in the first contract that, "employment contract cannot be cancelled before joining". Will this be an issue. Can anyone advice me how I can deal with this situation.

Hello,
Someone raised your situation not long ago. It is the best to advise your employer that you are not interested in the job offer before you start. No employer would invest time and money in someone who is not interested to work for his company.
