Getting NE via VPMK lawyer
Hi all,
Today I got my NE pre approval via VPMK lawyer Mrs. Ponert. she is perfect and really cares about her clients. I live in Munich and applied based on high qualified conditions ( Salary > 84 K). I also want to share my experiences with you guys :
1- if you apply as high qualified person for getting NE , your application fee will be 220 Euro
2- The process is pretty complicated and I highly suggest you to do it via lawyers. I had wonderful experience with Mrs. Ponert (VPMK)
3- Try to start your process ASAP since it takes you almost 2 months ( my experience from Bayern) to get first approval and then it might take you another 2 months for final security check.
4- Communication in German is a must

congrats,
Did you also fill any form for your family at the time of your application or will you do it now.
How much time does it take for the immediate family to get NE once you get it?
What are the rules and law says? Is there any chance that they do not give NE to your family?
Please advice.

Hi
Can you please explain what is the Pre-approval stage?
Does it mean that the Auslandsamt accepts your whole application?. I heard the whole process takes only 3-4 weeks

HI King Pro,
Can you pls. indicate how much approx the amount was for the lawyer?
What did she do excatly ? Communicating with the AB or more than that?
What is the security check? Did they indicate to you after the first 2 months itself that you would get the PR provided that the security check goes through?

Hi ,
Pre approval stage is intermidiate stage before security check. I was told that it might take 4-8 weeks.

As far as I know VPMK is based in Berlin. Are there any additional costs if the case is in Munich?

Have you received NE (Niederlassungserlaubnis - unlimited residence permit) according to §9 (http://aufenthalts...e/aufenthaltsg.html#9 ) or §19 (http://aufenthalts.../aufenthaltsg.html#19 )?
