WP with employer dependent -> Freelance
Hi All,
I tried to search for related query but didn't get exact answer.
My present visa has WP with employer dependent until mid of Oct. through some XYZ umbrella comp.
And my Visa says that self-employment is not possible (Selbstandige Tatigkeit nicht gestattet)
But now I want to change it to Freelance Visa. I want to know if it is possible to do it as I am working here since last 8months.
If it is possible then what are the docs that required to approach at KVR.
PS: I will be continuing to work in the same client location.

No, very difficult to get freelance visa.

Hi Raj,
thanx for your response.
This question to you. I want to get rid of my present umbrella company on which my visa issued. If it is not possible / difficult for freelance, then it is possible for me to change to some other umbrella or other employer with whom I can take new work permit and visa.

do you have a client lined up to give you a contract? If yes i can suggest some umbrella companies.

yes, it seams my contract going to extend from client side. Plz suggest me some of umbrella companies. But they have make a new WP and visa.

Hi,
Go through the contract signed with your current
umbrella company before you try to change the umbrella company but still want to work with the same client. Normally they make a kundenschutz, if they are clever enough.(which says that u cannot
work with the client directly or indirectly without their permission)
