Wohnung requirement for the spouse visa
Would a “Zwischenmiete” (renting from a person who himself is renting) flat contract be fine to present for a family reunion visa?
How much should be the living min space in sq. meters for sponsoring wife and few months old baby?

As per law 24 m2 is enough, but most of them are not aware of this law and it is difficult to prove. Its better to have 2 room appartment with minimum 35-40 m2.
