Which Exam is required for Visa ASAP
Hi, In Germany after each level VHS or any other institute conduct a test. Do you think that I can submit this for proof along with the module participation course or is there any other exam?
Please provide this information.

Im in Germany now and I need to apply for dependent visa in India(Chennai). I came to know that I will have to submit the language proof certificate along with my application. As Im doing my A1 in Germany I would like to know which is the exact exam that I need to take for this certificate. Exam that is conducted after every Level or is there any special recognized exam...?

The only recognized test is the one of Goethe Institut if I am not mistaken.
So either you do this one, or you're fluent enough in german to convince the person you'll be talking to at the embassy that you know your german.

what you need is telc certificate.b1.approved by bamf. go to www.telc.net

According to this As proof of German knowledge the Certificate “Start Deutsch 1 – Level
A1” is required. This certificate can be obtained at any Goethe Institute/Max Müller
Bhavan Center. Other language certificates cannot be recognized.
