want to apply for Niederlassungserlaubnis
Hi,
I want to know whether can i apply for niederlassung in KVR Munich or not ?
Ceredentials
Duration = 09.2002- 01.2009, Aufenthalt= Student (§16 Abs.1), Rente =22 months (from hiwi jobs)
Duration =01.2009- today, Aufthalt = Worker (§18 Abs. 1), Rente = 19 months
if i am allowed to apply then can you please point out exact paragraph numbers that i can argue in ABH munich, in case of any trouble.
