Hello all,
trying to get my mother over here to Germany after a failed attempt at getting a long term visa.
we managed to speak to the German Deputy Consul in Bangalore and he advised to apply for a Vorabzustimmung at the auslaenderbehoerde. We spoke to the Auslaenderbehoerde in Regensburg and they said that "Vorabzustimmung" is not existing anymore.
does anybody know more of this ?
