Visum - Work permit till end 5 years. ALARM STUFFE 1

I have visum till 30.11.2005 (GC).
I am working in same company and I needed to renew my WP (first valid for 1 year) again for the 1 year more for the same comapany.
Yesterday I have received new WP from Arbeitsamt also valid for 1 year till 19.10.2005.
Question...
Can they making problems thereafther if I go and ask for 'unbefristete visum' ..... and what about this period of visa validation from 19.10 till 30.11.2005....
If I do not have visum till end of 30.11.2005 I will not have 60 months payment of 'rente versicherung' but 59 months and at Auslenderamt can say....BEEEPPP! 59 months...no chanche!
They will make us a problem at the end so we can not use our chanche according the law for 'Unbefristete visum'
ANY IDEAS?!
