Visiting visa for my mother...

Hello Friends,

My mother visited us for second time within two consecutive years for three months and return back to India in August 2008.

As per Schengen rule, Germany will issue visa for 90 days within the period of 180 days. So earliest date of visa for my mother will be in November 2008.

Is there any tricks that my mother can get her visiting visa from October 2008.

I wish my friends to post your experiences on this topic, which would be helpful a lot to me.
