Travelling on Short Visum

Hi Guys,

I have a visa valid until end of March 2006.Will be going to India on Vacation end of December 2005 & will come back end of Jan 2006.

After coming back,would want to apply for NE.

Will there be a problem Travelling to India or coming back to Germany having only a 2 month valid visum.(When coming back to Germany On Jan,will have only 2 month valid Visum).

I mean during immigration here in germany or in India.
