Tiket issued without lastname

Tiket issued without lastname

My wife is coming here for first time,she got a ticket issued by Lufthansa and she will go to embassy next week to apply for the Visa.
Now on the ticket issued it shows her first name then middle name but no surname(lastname).
Will this have any problem for her to get the Visa or with the Airlines or Immigration authority.

Most probably it will not create a problem..but to be on the safe side it is better to get the name printed correctly..
