Will a student visa application be rejected on the basis of a recently expired english language proficiency certificate?

Yes, there is a possibility, but there is also a possibility that they may ignore it as long as you submit the expired one. Sorry cant give any concrete answers in this regard

I had submitted my application on 19th july and my appointed date of interview is on 30th september. If my application is rejected due the above reason, will i come to know about it before 30th sep or after that?
