Re: Should company apply for NE

what you can do is the following:

ask your company to pay for VPMK lawyer. You can tell the company that vpmk lawyers are the best ones to handle this kind of issue for a qualified person like you. In this way the company can really help you.

actually if the company will apply for my NE then it will go thru its own channel and wont pay for the vpmk lawyers .. i have to pay for them if i do it on my own.
... so my point is that is it ok if company is takin all the headache for the visa.

i don't think that the company can apply for the visa on behalf of you. if the company does not have a lawyer to handle the case, they are of no use. it's not a normal visa, it's a permanent one. you yourself or a lawer can handle this - i think.

Re: Should company apply for NE

the law doesnt say that u apply for NE from a particular source. To take VPMK service means that they handle things on ur behalf, and u spare much fatigue.If ur company offers u that then it means the HR knows such things, and normally they know about labour law etc.. so, logical anwser is quite simple, make ur company to apply for it, and if there are problems, take VPMK services.

@tali22:

Did you ask what VPMK means? Well, its a group of lawyers, specialised in problems that GC´s and other foreigners come across, and highly recommended by the creator of this forum, Mr.Detlef.

You can read about VPMK here in our forum:

And read some good experiences here:

@MH
Thanx for your sound advice ...i guess when a company is applying and as reputed as mine they will surely have very good lawyers for doing such things ... they processed my GC with no hassles ... it was a cakewalk... but if any problems arise i know i can turn to Vpmk lawyers .
