Short term student Visa

Hi,

My husband is in Germany from past 3-4 years. He was working as IT consulatant. Very recently he lost his job and I have withdrawn my longterm visa (which I applied in June) because he has no job. Now, I wanted to apply for short term German course(i have previous knowledge of German). My husband has enrolled me to German institute. I have their invitation/offer letter. My husband cannot sponser me because he has no job. I will show enough fund, which will cover my living cost etc, in my bank account. Also I have my husband's housing contract in which my name is also mentioned. I can show his Income tax return etc.In this case what is a probability of getting Visa? Will Embassy suspect my case and will not give me visa?
