Questions- residence permit application form germany

Hi all,

I am applying for work visa for germany. I have also got company contract and now I have to filled residance permit application form. I have an appointment next week at German Embassy, London. I have some questions in application form which are as below:

12. Rückkehrberechtigung (falls im Paß vermerkt) nach
Authorizsation to retun to )if enterd in passport)

bis zum / until

I dont understand this question. please explain

17. Wird ständiger Wohnort außerhalb der
Bundesrepublik Deutschland beibehalten und ggf. wo.?
Do you intend to maintain your permanent residence outside the
Federal Republic of Germany? If so, where?

(YES/NO)

21. Erlernter Beruf / trade or profession for which trained:

22. Are you already in possession of a permit issued by a German labour office ? (YES/NO) (Labour permit/Legitimation card assured)

23. Intended duration of stay in the Federal Republic of Germany: As I have permenant job so what should I write?

24. What are your means of subsistence ?

I really need some help.....
