Query regarding Niederlassungserlaubnis

Hi Guys,

I have a question if and when I will be eligible for Niederlassungserlaubnis.

1. I am in germany since 2002. Did my masters here.
2. I will be completing 2 years of job in germany by the end of the year,except for the fact that I had a gap of 3 months between 2 jobs during this period.

Q1. Does the renteversicherung paid during student period counted?

Q2. The gap of 3 months during 2 years of job period,will this violate the rule for Niederlassungserlaubnis.

Q3. When can I rightly apply for Niederlassungserlaubnis in such case.

A1. Student Rentenversicherung may not be calculated.
A2.Nope
A3. Total number of months should be 60 and in your case it shall be

Number of months as student/2 + Number of months worked as full time and this value >=60.

Calculate this time from timestamps on your visa
