Police, .. health insurance certificate

hello friends,
Police, medical certificate and health insurance also a standard requirement before granting a residence visa?
I have residence visa application (family reunion) and if the embassy would ask for more documents, this would mean a longer waiting for me, so, i like to know in advance.

All the 3 documents which you mentioned are not needed.I took heath insurance after coming to Germany.
