Niederlassungserlaubnis - Daueraufenthalt EG. Anyone got this yet?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone has got the NE with the addendum "Daueraufenthalt EG". I am going there in 2 months and planning on asking for it. I was wondering if there is a precedence already.

Is this valid rule or law in all states or only in some particular states.

Please point to the exact law and number.

In which state did you get NE on student+job basis?

Its definitely a law and check the NE laws, you will find it.

I told the officer that I was a student before and he exempted me from german language, integration kurs, and calculated the student time as half. And all this considered only after I showed my degree certificate. I applied in Munich.
