You can do it!!

1) without paying pension, health insurance, which actually means resign the job for not more than 6 months?

Register as freelancer in finanzamt. Dont need to pay all these.

2) Mean time did not register in the Arbeistamt

Arbeitsamt will be happy not to see you there.

3) House registration i.e. Anmeldung exist

This is very important, keep it until you return within six months. You may leave again Germany, but i guess you can be out of Germany for 8 months in a calander year. for example if you return back just before six months expire, then again you can leave for max two months in the current year.(not exceeding 8 months in total)

Else you can get spcial permission to be outside Germany for a continnous period of 13 months. but then you must produce an application that a German company sending out on a project.
