My Visa is rejected with out any reason...
Hi,
I have applied for the visa 0n 20.june 2011. After 1 month visa comes but after 1 month they send me rejection with out given any reason. I have checked from auslanderbeurde about my visa documents, he said that they have not send documents to germany and made decision in pakistan.
I have given all the required documents with financial proof:Tranferred amount in deutsche bank+ Uncle Verpelichtungserklarung with legal binding for any further/ immanency support.
My interview was good along with documents and I have given all answers confidently and satisfied them on all grounds and areas. They checked my documents and told me to deposit visa fee for visa processing.
Normally if their is still any issue in documents then embassy send rejection within 1 week but if documents are ok then they send the documents to auslanderberude in germany for further processing. After 4 week I must be getting visa but case is very different they have send rejection letter without concerning auslenderberude in germany and made decison in pakistan. I am concerned with this that how they can take descion in pakistan without concerning asulanderberude in germnay when all documents are ok.
My classes are starting in October 4 and I don't want to miss this opportunity. Please help or give suggestions what can be done for my case. How university or foreign authorities can help me in getting visa.

If I were you I would find a way to contact the university directly and ask them if they can accept you for the following semester. Then you can work with your local embassy to ask why your visa was denied etc. I doubt on the rush they will provide you with a new visa for october.

Hi,
I think it is very important at first to know the exact reason of your visa rejection.
You should send a formal mail to embassy asking them to tell you the exact reason of rejection, if this does not work, maybe you can take help of a immigration lawyer from Germany or Pakistan.
If the reason are known, I think you can easily rectify them. But as I understood, it takes some time to get response.
I am not sure if university will intervene in this matter, but can try also contacting them.

may I ask which University or City in Germany you were applying for?
I am asking due to following reason:
Germany needs development in mostly Eastern areas belonging to DDR and if your admission or city of study is in East Germany then they will immediately accept your application.
Whereas big cities like Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Franfurt, Stuttgart, Duesseldorf or for that sake any good Western German city is too crowded and that is one of the many reasons alot of student visa applications get rejected.

My city is fulda and embassy can't reject the visa without any reason...this is unfair if they do so..

hmmm..Fulda is a small town....than it seems like your uncle has a bad record here 
just kidding
BTW.............in Fulda their is only a University of Applied Sciences...was this an Engineering course or BBA/MBA....it depends on course as well........at the moment Germany needs more IT and Engineering people.
P.S: Embassy have all the powers.....so just live with it...try next year again and avoid your Uncle's sponsorship :P :P :P

My program is Msc e-business. Well related to sponsorship. I have checked embassies full rules and regulations
If my uncle wants to support me then their is nothing negative. He is German. It is written in embassy rules a person living in germany can support the person for his studies though he has to sumbit the binding declaration "Verpelichtungserklarung ". Also he don't have negative record he is living as German national. It is some big misunderstanding happened in embassy. I am looking to figure out that these days. Also in my interview I have said that I have to come back after my studies as I have got no intention to stay in germany. My only purpose is to study in germany.

thanks for sharing the link............just scroll down to the bottom of this page and their you will find this paragraph in italics
"There is no legal right to a visa, even if all documents are submitted. The ultimate decision rests with the Legal and Consular Sections of the Embassy. You may be asked to supply further documentation"
